Any user must strictly be above 18 years old

Any person purchasing online or through the app must be over 18 and will not be permitted to use our equipment

Please note that package options may be updated or withdrawn at any time. The 120-minute, 150-minute and 180-minute course packages have now been removed from sale both online and in-store, as part of our regular review to keep packages simple and consistent across all salons. Any existing courses already purchased remain valid and will continue to be honoured in line with their original terms.

The SunShine Co. reserves the right to limit tanning time. The SunShine Co. staff members are trained on skin types and will recommend the correct tanning time based on your skin, this is for customer safety.

Courses are non refundable after minutes are used.

The transfer of minutes to another client is prohibited.

Courses are stored on Sunshine Co. system.

All courses expire 12 months from purchase date.

Any package minutes purchased are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

Course packages and minutes purchased can be used at any SunShine Co. location. If your minutes were purchased as part of a location-specific offer or promotion, the value may be adjusted when used at another salon (e.g. 10 minutes at one location may equal 13 minutes at another).

Any new course or minute package purchased on a promotional rate or discount offer from August 1, 2025, will be subject to a six-month expiry date. This expiry period begins from the date of purchase, after which any unused services will no longer be valid. Customers are encouraged to take full advantage of their purchased courses or packages within this timeframe to maximise their benefits. Please note that extensions or refunds on expired packages will not be permitted.

Refunds are only available for proven medical conditions

Clients must inform their local salon or update the app of any changes in circumstances.

Clients details are securely stored and encrypted.

Clients data will never be shared with any third parties.

The transfer of minutes to another client is prohibited.

Any minutes purchased before October 1, 2025 is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

Minutes are exclusive to the location you purchased it for only.

Any new course or minute package purchased from October 1, 2025, will be subject to a six-month expiry date. This expiry period begins from the date of purchase, after which any unused services will no longer be valid.

The SunShine Co. takes security very seriously, we ask for you biometric finger print and customer photo for account security, biometrics, images or any customer data will never be shared with a third party. We respect your right to opt out of this measure.

The SunShine Co. reserves the rights to reasonably alter these terms at any time.
