How do I get to the SunShine Co. in Bromley?
You’ll find us at 34 East Street, BR1 1QU, in the heart of Bromley’s busy High Street area. We’re just a 10 minute walk from Bromley South Railway Station and a 3 minute walk from The Glades Shopping Centre, making us easy to find whether you’re coming by train, bus, or on foot.
If you’re coming by bus, there are several stops right on East Street and Bromley High Street including routes like the 119, 227, 261, 269, 352 and the new Superloop SL3 & SL5, bringing you within a minute or two of our door.
We’re open until 9 pm during the week and 7 pm on weekends as per our winter opening times, so you can pop in for a quick session whenever it suits you.
Is there parking near the salon?
Yes, there are several public parking options close by, including on-street parking around East Street, shopping centre parking at The Glades and Bromley High Street.
Additionally, the Sainsbury’s car park at Walters Yard is just a 3-minute walk from the salon, which can potentially be used at your discretion.
Please note that some car parks may have time limits and/or require payment. We are not responsible for any parking fines or issues related to these facilities. Bromley South Station also offers parking and is a 10 minute walk away.
Do I need to book a session in advance?
No appointment is necessary, just pop in during our opening hours and we’ll fit you in!
What amenities does the salon have?
At our front desk, you can grab disposable eye protection stickers for your session. You can also buy tanning accelerator creams as single sachets or bottles to save on multiple sessions. We have a waiting area, clean toilet, a lock on the doors when in use and mirrors for your convenience.
All sunbeds are cleaned and maintained by our staff before and after each use. If you have any questions, just ask our friendly team, we’re here to help!
Which types of sunbeds do you have at Bromley?
We have both lay down and stand-up sunbeds at our Bromley salon, each equipped with features like Bluetooth, air conditioning, and easy-to-use controls.
If you’re looking for something more advanced, our P9 megaSun beds include extra features such as a light show, sound system, and wireless charging for a more enhanced tanning experience.

Do you offer different tanning packages?
We offer flexible tanning packages to suit all budgets. You can pay as you go and purchase sessions on the day, or save in the long run by pre-purchasing one of our tanning courses, giving you a lower cost per minute and more value for your money.
Prices for our Bromley sunbed shop start from 88p a minute.
Can you walk me through what to expect when I visit?
When you arrive, simply check in with our friendly staff at the front desk. They’ll find your online account and ask how many minutes you’d like to tan and which type of sunbed you prefer.
Then, you’ll be allocated to a private room where you’ll have 5 minutes to get ready. When you’re ready, press the red button on the wall to start your session. Our team is always around if you need any help.
What should I wear during a tanning session?
What you wear is totally up to you. Some people prefer to tan in their underwear, others use towels to cover certain areas and some choose to tan nude.

Can I bring a friend with me?
Yes, friends are very welcome! We have multiple sunbed rooms available, so you can tan at the same time.

Just started doing sunbeds and Kate gave me the best advice. Always extremely welcoming on arrival and makes sure you’re always happy with the service.
